Unless the Authority Crack Down the Opium, but still

There are still the opinion growing in the Palaung area in 2008 unless the combined local authorities cracked down in January, said the resident of the Palaung people in the Palaung region which called by the government Special Region 7.
As the Palaung people has disarmed for peace in the special region 7, is to be the main region to be eradicated all the opinion growing in the area. But the authority departments were ignoring the growing opium in October and November in years 2007 by having other pocket earning.

The reason is to get tax (other outcome) from opium grower by indirectly fine the local people and destroyed their plantations. Some of opium growers gave money to them and they didn’t destroy their plantation.
As the crack down plan of the authority, only the authority and local administrators including the village head and his followers grasped the benefits from the local people (innocent opium growers who urged by the authority to grow the drug).
“But opium growers haven’t been getting benefits from the crack down plan; they only had to pay both side of the authority”, one of the plantation owner said. “But even they destroy the plantation they didn’t destroy all. They keep some places in the plantation and still asking to get money from the opium growers for next time.”
One of the staff from education team said that there were 2500 acres of opium plantations and they could destroy the plantations in 500 acres.
Most of the region which growing the opium in the Palaung area is Pan Say area which controlled by the Chinese, Kyaw Myint taking advantage over the Palaung people whose very close with the authority and even the top generals of the government, it include some of the Palaung people but most of them who grow systematically are the Chinese residents.
There is lot of action like what the authority implementing over the local people earning other pocket money by another way of black money.
