ILB (130) continuously seized the cars from Man Tong region to be able to connect the wire line of the Shwe Li hydro electricity throughout the roads Nammatu, Mome Wee and Namkham. The cars were been seized by the order ILB (130) and these cars were carried the electric power lines, cements, and other thing of pylons.
When ILB (130) grasped the cars it was in the raining season. Even it was after raining season the road is without mineral asphalt so it was really bad for cars drivers. The road ruined by muddle and it was very bad, so drivers didn’t want to go because they didn’t provide enough oil for the car.
The cars owner and their drivers had to fill the oil by themselves working for the soldier order. But even drivers didn’t want to go but they have to go because the order of military and they were afraid of military to seize their cars, said one of the driver from Man Tong.
